It is recommended to go through the readings before the lecture; however, you will also be able to follow the lecture if you do not always manage to prepare the readings beforehand.

In the first part, of this course we will focus on leadership theories. There will be many exercises, so prepare to get to know yourself and others better. And also bring some enthusiasm – this is an active class, and I am looking forward to having an inspiring time with you.
